Before you call
Can you come out the same day?
Usually, yes. We work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and fit lockouts and urgent lock changes in around booked work wherever we can. Call 01256 242043 and we will tell you honestly when we can be with you. In almost every lockout we gain entry without damaging the lock or the door.
Are you a local company?
Yes. We are an independent, locally owned company — not a franchise or a national call centre. We are based at Store and Secure House on Telford Road in Basingstoke, our own office team answers the phone, and we have served the town and North Hampshire for well over a decade. We have been Checkatrade members since 2014 and are SafeContractor approved.
Do you work for managing agents and landlords?
A large part of our work is for block-management companies, housing providers, landlords and commercial premises: master key suites, restricted key systems, access control, communal door repairs and fire door work, with account terms and digital invoicing.
Do you charge for estimates?
No. Estimates for planned work are free, and you get a clear price before we start any job. For urgent call-outs we tell you the cost on the phone before we set off.
