“We have have had excellent service from B.E.N. In respect of malfunctioning locks over the last year or so but they are not our regular alarm service company. However, not being able to get hold of our regular company B.E.N. Responded to an emergency call out to offer advice on an old alarm box which was causing problems. In the circumstances, and as no work was undertaken he declined to accept payment which I thought was exceptional service! Needless to say, very highly recommended, 11 out of 10!.”
