Who we work for
Block-management and commercial work is the largest part of our business. We look after residential blocks in Basingstoke town centre and across the borough, retirement and supported housing, student accommodation, retail units, offices and public buildings, for clients including Anchor, FirstPort, Centrick and Hampshire County Council.
What those clients have in common is that they are responsible for buildings full of other people. They need a locksmith who turns up when arranged, understands key control and fire safety, keeps records, and invoices in a way that fits their systems.

Master key suites
One key for the site manager, another for the cleaners, individual keys for residents — each opening only the doors it should. We design suites for new buildings and retro-fit them to existing ones, phasing the changeover so nobody is ever locked out. Suites can be extended later as the estate grows.
Restricted key systems
A restricted section uses a patented key blank that high-street cutters cannot obtain, so every key in circulation is one you authorised. We keep the register; only named keyholders can order keys, and they can do so through our online key request form. It is the simplest way to end the problem of ex-tenants and ex-staff holding copies.

Fire doors and passive fire safety
Fire door work is inspected more closely than ever. We replace fire doors and fit or renew closers, intumescent and cold-smoke seals, signage and ironmongery so doors perform as they were certified to. We are members of NAPFIS, the Nationwide Association of Passive Fire Installers and Specifiers, and can carry out this work alongside general locksmithing so you deal with one contractor.

A restricted (patented) key section that cannot be cut on the high street. Only registered keyholders can order keys, through us, so you always know how many are in circulation. Registered holders can request keys using the form on this website.
Do you do fire door work?
Yes. We replace fire doors and fit or replace closers, intumescent and smoke seals, signage and ironmongery. We are members of NAPFIS, the Nationwide Association of Passive Fire Installers and Specifiers.
